I've found joy in solving a website problem, in watching my daughter practicing using scissors, in the lovely friendship my son enjoys . . . And in a slice I made for afternoon tea 😀 How about you?
My son's school books for next year were delivered today - less than a week after ordering! Can't believe I'll have a Year 1 kid soon 🎒
Why did you become a teacher? How can you honour that?
I became a teacher partly because I was passionate about sharing the stories of the world around us. These days I honour that through book studies and making Australian government accessible to everyone!

This time of the year is filled with the anticipation of change - new grades, new schools, new Principals may all be in the future. I'm usually the first to be resistant to big changes - I've definitely had to use a bunch of strategies to prepare for those changes - how do you allow for them?
